During the Safe Harbor show, the hosts attempt to read a question laden with a bit of innuendo. Normally, this is a fairly simple task, but add a dash of dance party, trim off a pre-read of the question, and a healthy portion of rotating stuffed sheep mounted by a stuffed bull, and you have a recipe for disaster.
The Goat Posse began rather inauspiciously when Captain F. showed up at KVSC in January 1994 to satisfy a longing to be on the radio. As he worked to complete his training with then training director Ed Fish, Ed's (eventual) wife and Station Manager Jo approached the Captain with a trivial proposal. The Captain was asked to volunteer on the phone bank during Motel Trivia.
